Return / Cancellation Policy

You may return items within 2 days of delivery for a full refund. Unboxing video is must

Compulsory condition :

360% uncut unboxing video showing original packing with lable on it and include damage part.

Cancellation -

Orden can be cancelled within 6 hours, after 6 hour only Order confirmation will be sent to you on given contact details.

How to Initiate a Return

Whatsapp us at +91 80977 95604/ 96195 85805 with your order number and reason for return with Unboxing video showing damage part.

Further you need to return the same at your cost through any courier. Once courier booked, you have to share tracking details on whatsapp.

Refund / Store credit

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund on next day. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (excluding paid original shipping charges) or you may select Store credit of full value (including original shipping charge) which will reflect in your wallet having no expiry.

Only defective/ wrong product is allowed to return.

Reason not acceptable are below:

1) Mere thread come out from side corner.

2) Slight colour shade difference.

3) Removable small spot of something.

4) very small holes at saree border due to measurement process.

Major reasons would be,

✅ Major damage non-repairable and removable.

✅Totally different colour product (wrong product )

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for exchange requests.
